By accessing or using profithubai.com and purchasing any products or services from AI Profit Hub LLC ("ProfitHub AI", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

ProfitHub AI sells digital products including guides, templates, prompt packs, and AI agent configuration services. All digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are one-time payments unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the amount specified at checkout.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a digital product, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@profithubai.com and we will evaluate your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis. Custom agent setup services are non-refundable once work has begun.

All content, products, guides, templates, and materials provided by ProfitHub AI are owned by AI Profit Hub LLC and are protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased products for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased products with third parties.

ProfitHub AI provides educational materials and tools. Income results vary and depend on many factors including effort, market conditions, and individual skill. We do not guarantee any specific income or results from using our products or services.

Limitation of Liability
